I came to Warren Barr Lincoln Park for pain management and rehabilitation due to sciatica issues. I chose this facility because it was close to where my daughter works and I am familiar with the area. The nursing team, especially Elliot, played a critical role in my recovery, and the CNAs were truly top notch, with each member of those teams being truly in touch with what I needed to recover. The physical and occupational therapists helped manage my pain, and taught me new exercises, enabling me to regain significant mobility to the point where I am able to resume some normal activities again. The the housekeeping team always kept my room spotless as well! All in all, I had a very well-rounded experience, and I am truly thankful for all that they did to help me recover. I would highly recommend Warren Barr to anyone not only needing care, but to anyone looking to work with a truly wonderful team. Thank you for everything!

My experience at Warren Barr Lincoln Park began following a series of health issues, including a fall after hospitalization. Warren Barr has consistently met and exceeded my expectations during my stay here. Notably, the staff’s wound care exemplifies their dedication to patient care. The cleanliness of the facility and the kindness and professionalism of the nursing staff and CNAs are commendable. I want to give a special shout-out to several CNAs who made my stay more comfortable: Renee, Nancy, Kate, and Brianna. Their dedication and hard work are truly appreciated.

The overall standard of care, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness more than compensate. Warren Barr stands out as a beacon of quality care and respect for patients. I look forward to the attentive care I receive daily and highly recommend Warren Barr Lincoln Park to others!

Peachy (DON) took the time to know my mother’s overall well-being, health history, and current condition. She was very involved in her care and gave me constant updates. Salvie (ADON), Maritza (LPN), Kayla (LPN), Vitalis (RN), Jazmyn 

(CNA), and the entire nursing staff were friendly and respectful. They gave my mother professional, patient, and compassionate care. Jodi (therapy) and Allan (therapy) were wonderful and helped her make consistent progress. Ellen (reception) and Angie (reception) were kind and helpful. Gabi (social services director) and Ashley (therapy director) were very informative, always there to give me updates and suggestions. Roderick (restorative aide) and the entire staff were outstanding! I am very grateful to everyone at Warren Barr Lincoln Park.

My brother, Leonarder, had a fall and came to Warren Barr Lincoln Park for rehabilitation. I was very impressed with the difference in his health and well-being just within a few days of staying here. The physical therapist helps him a lot, and now he walks with a walker. He has been eating well, and he feels much better. I am so happy to see him healthy and full of energy. I am very grateful to the entire team, especially, Peachy (director of nursing),  for being attentive and monitoring his care even more now that he is returning to assisted living, and Patsy (social services director) for maintaining excellent communication and helping with his discharge. I am very pleased with his care and attention at Warren Barr.
